Desktop Project Review
TEC will conduct a desktop review of all available GIS and regulatory data relevant to your project. This evaluation will identify any apparent constraints, opportunities, or permitting considerations and provide an initial assessment of overall project viability.
Septic Preconstruction Conference
TEC will conduct a pre‑construction conference to review the approved septic system design, confirm site readiness, and ensure all parties understand installation requirements.
Septic Final Inspection
We perform a final on-site inspection to verify that the septic system was installed in compliance with the permit and assist with project closeout with the local health department.
Seasonal Highwater Table Determination
TEC will perform a Seasonal High Water Table (SHWT) determination to support stormwater BMP design. This evaluation includes reviewing soil morphology, identifying hydric indicators, and documenting depth to seasonal saturation.
